These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of roshilovedolls.com, including all related content, features, products, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). RoshiLoveDolls is a trading name operated by Eros Outbond Business Co. Limited, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under company number 77311757. The terms “RoshiLoveDolls,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eros Outbond Business Co. Limited as the operator of the Services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you. Purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and RoshiLoveDolls.
By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Adult Eligibility and Account Use
The Services and products are intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority in your place of residence to access the Services or purchase products. Minors are not permitted to use the Services or purchase products.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and purchase or use of our products is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product color, texture, appearance, proportions, and other visual details may vary because of lighting, photography, display settings, manufacturing tolerances, materials, and customization choices.
Many products are customized, personalized, or made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, measurements, materials, customization choices, compatibility information, and order details before completing a purchase.
Product descriptions, features, prices, availability, and customization options may be changed or discontinued without notice. We may limit the sale of products to particular persons, locations, jurisdictions, or quantities where reasonably necessary.
3. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment. We may decline, cancel, or request clarification concerning an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, unavailable products, inaccurate information, restricted destinations, or customization concerns.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation eligibility, cancellation fees, damaged or incorrect items, and refund procedures are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
In summary, cancellation may be requested within 8 hours after purchase. After that period, production or order preparation may begin, and cancellation may be restricted or subject to costs already incurred. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
Because of the customized, personal, and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges after dispatch, except where required by applicable law or where an item is damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order.
4. Prices, Billing, and Payment
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The applicable price is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear pricing or system errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other government charges. Where shipping is advertised as tax-inclusive or duty-paid for an eligible destination, that treatment is subject to the shipping method, destination, and written order confirmation.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and to pay all charges associated with your order. 5. Shipping and Delivery
Order processing, production, estimated delivery times, warehouse availability, tracking, carriers, customs treatment, restricted destinations, delivery issues, and address requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production requirements, customization, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays, government action, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and monitor tracking information. Responsibility for loss or damage transfers in accordance with applicable law and the relevant carrier’s confirmed delivery records. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible at roshilovedolls@gmail.com. Delivery damage must be reported with supporting evidence within the period stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Do not return a product without prior written authorization. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement, a partial refund, or another legally appropriate remedy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, page designs, original stories, videos, photographs, product presentations, and other content created or licensed by us, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, sell, scrape, or exploit protected content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Third-party brand names, product names, images, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party manufacturers or brands do not imply ownership, endorsement, exclusivity, or certification unless expressly stated.
8. Reviews, Photos, Stories, and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, stories, suggestions, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the submitted Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. We may remove Feedback that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
We will not attribute Feedback to a verified purchaser unless it has been reasonably matched to a genuine transaction. Any incentives associated with Feedback should be disclosed where required.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include links, embedded content, payment tools, review tools, chat tools, tracking services, or other features operated by third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s applicable terms and policies. Review those terms before using the service or providing information.
10. Relationship with Shopify
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to host the store. Sales made through the store are made directly between you and RoshiLoveDolls. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by RoshiLoveDolls and is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer service, warranties, returns, refunds, or disputes between you and RoshiLoveDolls, except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify’s own services and policies.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also process information in accordance with its own privacy policies.
Information may be processed by service providers located in countries other than your country of residence where permitted by applicable law and subject to appropriate safeguards.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Availability
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, measurements, prices, promotions, shipping, delivery times, or availability. We may correct errors and update information when discovered.
If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming corrected information, selecting an alternative, or receiving a refund if we cannot fulfill the order as confirmed.

You may not use the Services to:
- violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
- submit false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unlawful information;

- transmit malware, interfere with security features, or disrupt the Services;

- purchase products on behalf of a minor or for an unlawful purpose.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any express product commitment we provide in writing or any statutory warranty, consumer guarantee, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoshiLoveDolls and its personnel, partners, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoshiLoveDolls and its personnel, partners, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or address a material violation of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.
18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute, except where applicable law permits you to proceed directly.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
