🛑 Order Cancellations

Within 8 Hours – Free cancellation, full refund.

After 8 Hours – Production may begin. Standard orders may incur cancellation fees; custom orders cannot be canceled.

🛠 Warranty Coverage (30 Days from Delivery)
Every doll from Roshi Lovedolls comes with warranty protection. Coverage may vary by manufacturer, but in general:

Skeleton Defects – Non-user-caused issues verified by the factory will be replaced or repaired at no extra cost.

Custom Configuration Errors – If specs differ from your confirmed order, compensation or correction will be provided.

Minor Cosmetic Issues – (e.g., nail cracks, light makeup smudges, tiny surface marks) will be addressed with repair kits or solutions sent free of charge.

Functional Features – Malfunctions (e.g., heating, sound, suction) within warranty result in repair, replacement, or refund for the feature’s value.

User damage, improper care, or modifications.

Normal wear and tear from use.

TPE/Silicone discoloration (e.g., from dark fabrics or dyes). Complimentary stain remover may be provided, shipping at customer’s cost.

Lost packages after confirmed delivery.
📦 Delivery Issues

Lost/Damaged in Transit – Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Signature Shipments – Claims must be filed with the courier within 7 days for review.

Incorrect Address Provided – Responsibility falls on the customer if multiple delivery attempts fail.
