Reason for Discount & Flaws

These dolls are priced at a discount due to minor flaws that occurred during the shipment to our European warehouse. The flaws stem from a combination of factors:

Rough Logistics Handling
During transportation, the logistics team failed to keep the packages upright as required. This improper handling caused the dolls’ breasts and arms to bear direct pressure inside the boxes, resulting in shape damage.
Inadequate Factory Packaging
The original packaging did not include sufficient internal support, such as waist braces and protective foam, to fully protect the dolls under such conditions.
Flaw Overview & Care Guidance
Please be aware that the doll’s head is typically undamaged, while the body will exhibit various flaws. The common flaws listed below are based on a random spot check and may not represent the full extent of imperfections on your specific doll. All provided care methods are suggestions only and outcomes are not guaranteed.

01 Dented or Flattened Areas

  • Common Locations: Chest, buttocks.
  • Suggested Care:
    To relieve pressure, place the doll lying face down (for chest) or in a standing/hanging position (for buttocks). Gently knead the area and apply a warm, damp towel to help the material recover its shape.

02 Pressure Marks & Creases

  • Common Locations: Wrists, ankles, shoulders, waist, hips, thighs, soles of the feet.
  • Suggested Care: Let the doll stand or hang and apply a warm, damp towel to the affected areas.

03 Closed Internal Channels

  • Description: The vaginal or anal channel may be lightly closed.
  • Suggested Care: Gently open the legs with a small range of motion and then use talcum powder or lubricant to slowly open the channel.
