Climax Doll Is Not One Kind of Doll

Put a 60cm J60 beside a 156cm ULW model and Climax stops looking like one kind of doll. This Roshi guide compares scale, materials, body codes and handling before the face takes over.

On Roshi’s current product pages, Climax stretches from character-led mini dolls through full-size hybrid and silicone bodies, then bends the full-size category again with its ULW lightweight construction. The range is unusually broad. The trade-offs are real.

This is Roshi’s editorial reading of the Climax models we currently carry, based on current product specifications and clearly identified third-party handling footage. It is not an official Climax brand history.

A spectrum, not a staircase

The Climax catalog becomes easier to understand when its names stop sounding like quality grades.

At 70cm, the body code matters more than the height

Si70 is small in a completely different way. It is compact, but it still behaves like a silicone body with meaningful mass and dramatically different proportions.

The cleanest proof is Diana.

Roshi currently carries the same Diana head and the same 70cm height on both the AR and SP bodies. The AR version weighs 5.62kg and measures 47cm at the hips. The SP version weighs 9.46kg and measures 77cm at the hips. Same height. Same named head. A 3.84kg difference and a 30cm difference at the hips.

This is why body code matters more than the height number alone. AR reads as elongated and compact. SP is intentionally much fuller and occupies more visual and physical space. A shopper who filters both as “70cm Climax dolls” has not yet reached the decision that will shape ownership.

Full-size Climax is a material decision and a handling decision

Once the catalog reaches full-body scale, a few centimeters of height stop telling the whole story. Representative products on Roshi make the trade-offs much clearer.

These are not identical body shapes, so the numbers should not be treated as a laboratory material comparison. They do show what the labels mean in a real catalog.

For a full-size hybrid, compare Pro when its silicone-head/TPE-body construction makes sense. Compare Ultra when full silicone is the non-negotiable part and you accept the handling weight. Compare ULW when you want silicone but know that lifting and repositioning will decide how often you actually use, dress or photograph the model.

Rhea is still 27.1kg. “Lightweight” is relative, not weightless. But a 6.9kg difference from the 34kg Amara example is large enough to change a routine.

What third-party handling adds to the product photographs

Product photography can show makeup, silhouette and styling. It cannot show the resistance of a knee joint or what happens when a hand presses into the abdomen.

In a July 2026 hands-on review, Starry Doll Lab at RosemaryDoll tested the same 156cm Rhea configuration and reported the same 27.1kg net weight listed by Roshi. Their footage showed easy movement through the shoulders, elbows, wrists and ankles, while the waist and knees felt noticeably stiffer. They described the abdomen and thighs as soft with a controlled rebound, but found the gel-filled chest firmer than expected. They also praised the hand detail while judging the wider body paint and skin texture more restrained than on some premium silicone models.

That mixed result is more useful than a blanket endorsement. The evidence supports a narrower case for ULW: a more manageable full-size silicone body with good articulation in several high-use areas, alongside visible compromises and variations a buyer should know about.
