Every doll is crafted just for you, even those ordered “as-is.”

Typical delivery takes 12–15 days during normal periods. In busier seasons, delivery may take up to 3–6 weeks. If unexpected circumstances (such as customs delays or natural events) affect your order, we’ll keep you informed right away.

Once your doll ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow her journey home.

Yes! For all AZM Mini Silicone Dolls, we accept returns if the product is unused and undamaged.

• US & EU Customers → You can return to our local warehouse.

Once we receive the doll in resalable condition, we’ll process your refund. Please note that customers cover the return shipping fee.
